BRUSSELS (Reuters) – EU antitrust regulators charged Apple (NASDAQ:) on Monday with proscribing rivals’ entry to its NFC chip know-how in a transfer that would end in a hefty advantageous for the iPhone maker and pressure it to open its cellular cost system to opponents.
